If you place yourself lower than others they will automatically step on you. Don’t expect them to change. Change your own posture.

 

I often feel less than instead of equal and allow myself to be treated in the one down position.  I need to see myself as an alert, intelligent, adult who has a lot of education, skills and talent to offer. I am not less than; I am an equal among equals.
